Daniel Uday, born in 1968, grew up in Rishon Letzion, in 1994 went to the U.S. for studies. 

In the U.S. his works were mainly painting and drawing. In 1999 he started the process of being religious and the conception of Rabbi Nachman. 

In 2002 he returned to Israel but until 2009 did not dealed with art but kept it only as a hobby. 

In 2010 began to research and to use a variety of materials, including metals, stone and wood. 

His creations today are aimed for judaica items and the bond with God.

and are as useful as they are spiritual.

Most of his works and inspiration are holy letters.

Because with these letters, the world was created and by their combinations and their arrangement creates a new reality. The letters give the artist the stage to express and participate in the endless creative possibilities and ornament creation
